At JUNE Elite Wear, we want you to love every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be in their original packaging (if applicable).
  • Be free of stains, odors, or damage.

Items returned that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final Sale or Clearance items
  • Gift Cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Limited Edition collections (unless defective)

Exchanges

Need a different size or color?

We offer free exchanges for eligible items within 30 days, subject to product availability.

If your requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet entered processing.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
