Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be longer during product launches, sales, or holiday seasons.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Free Standard Shipping
- Available on U.S. orders of $100 or more (before taxes and after discounts).
Estimated Delivery Times
United States
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (where available)
International
- Standard International: 7–21 business days
- Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

International Shipping
We proudly ship to many countries worldwide.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country.
- Customs clearance may delay delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is entered:
- Contact us immediately if your order has not yet shipped.
- Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
- Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
JUNE Elite Wear is not responsible for packages marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package appears lost:
- Check around your delivery location.
- Ask neighbors or household members.
- Contact the shipping carrier.
- If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Delayed Shipments
Shipping delays may occur due to:
- Severe weather
- Holidays
- Carrier delays
- Customs inspections
- High order volume
While we work with reliable carriers, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order has been shipped.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
- We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on inventory availability. You will receive tracking information for each shipment if applicable.
